Coloured Pencil art is produced by building up layers of colour, in effect blending on the paper, is highly skilled and is a million miles away from the pencils used by children.
I work with artist quality materials, mainly Derwent Coloursoft and Faber Castell pencils on Bockingford HP or Ingles Pastel Papers.
